judgement is a strong word. More like looking at a person and describing them as either good or evil. When us muslims see a niqab its a source of individual spiritual beauty and less of physical beauty( not that i know anyone who wears it). While non muslims call niqab wearers as either a terrorist or hiding ones identity from the world. Its a matter of self expression and it comes from ones choice as to live life the way they want. At the end of the day, they are still humans.
